Plymouth Dance is looking for a dedicated team of volunteers to support and deliver the U.Dance Festival 2015.
The role involves being a key part of the festival, acting as a source of information and help for those attending the events. You will be looking after people, taking people to the correct places for the festival, helping to manage festival venues, ushering at performances, helping host events linked to the festival and generally being a friendly and approachable face.
You will need to be available for the 4 days of the festival 22-25 July and to attend a training briefing with Youth Dance England on 20 June.
You will have the opportunity to gain skills and experience, see performance, be an advocate for the city of Plymouth and be involved in something really amazing.
You will receive full induction training and also be offered the experience to work on other cultural events in Plymouth. All volunteering hours can be logged and used towards VInspired awards.
Accommodation can be provided for the duration of the festival for those not local to Plymouth.
