U.Dance 2015 Group Leaders Meeting in Plymouth

Backstage at Theatre Royal Plymouth

U.Dance 2015 group leaders and volunteers visited Plymouth on 20 June to meet with Youth Dance England and Plymouth Dance Staff and learn more about the upcoming festival.

They got to tour the key venues for the festival and go behind the scenes at Theatre Royal Plymouth as the busy theatre prepared for a production of Dirty Dancing. Leaders and volunteers also had the chance to tour Plymouth and learn about its history with local historian and author, Chris Robinson.

They also got the chance to learn choreography for the Mass Dance, which will be performed in Plymouth's Civic Piazza on 25 July.

We're looking forward to seeing everyone again at U.Dance 2015, 22-25 July in Plymouth!
