5th February 2016
Youth Dance England would like to congratulate Niamh Milligan, Mel Oldale and Zara Sands who were awarded their Silver Arts Awards recently.
The Dance Ambassadors, of 2014/15, used Youth Dance England’s programmes to gain their Arts Award. The Dance Ambassadors review sub-regional platforms, assisted with the U.Dance national festival, took part in Young Creatives 2015, and planned and delivered projects as part of their Dance Ambassador roles. For their Arts Challenge Mel tried her hand at costume making while Niamh learnt tap and Zara tried Cunningham.
We would like to wish them all the best of luck with their future adventures and look forward to inviting Niamh Milligan back as one of the Dance Ambassador for One Dance UK.
