The Company will be launched in April 2016 as a membership organisation which will support, develop, promote and advocate for all sectors of dance in the UK. The merger will create synergies and open new opportunities to be exploited. One such opportunity will be to relocate from London to the Midlands or North of England and the appointee will play a key role in bringing this about.
Our ideal candidate is a strong confident individual, a great communicator, with a history of success in organisational leadership in the UK and perhaps some international exposure. You will have a keen interest in diverse forms of dance and an ability to work with Industry colleagues to shape the vision of the new organisation and to make that vision a reality. Your move to this role will be career defining and will give you the chance to practise your proven skills on a much bigger stage.
